Can't log into account

Hello, all! I am a new player to EU (have been on since Oct 13) and as of yesterday I cannot log into my account. I launch the client loader and it's all fine but when I start up the game and log in, it says "connecting" and then when it says "authorizing" the game freezes and then I get the pop-up that says there was a time-out issue and wait some minutes. It's been happening over and over, and the support people only got back to me once. I went through all the stuff on the website of what to do, and then when I put the setting down to 56kbits I was able to connect and get into the game. I logged out, and sent a reply to my ticket, and then when I went to log in again I got the same pop-up about the time-out issue. I was just wondering if this happening to anyone else? Is it something that is going on because of the update/patch? Am I just dumb? Should I just wait it out and try again later? *I am not really computer literate at all, so please forgive me...

Entropia people, I need your help

Hello, i am new to this game, in fact i havent even created a character, i am thinking of buying in 1 month the 30€ starter pack.I am reading a lot of guides but I dont have enough knowledge to understand the slang of this game. I was wondering if somebody could tell me the best way (if theres any) to take advantage of the 30€ starter pack. Dear Reddit Community, After waiting for the support for over 1 year now my Entropia Account locked with 4 digits $ worth of Peds. Support haven't replied for over 1 year+ And i am losing hope. Can anyone point me in the right direction? or is anyone in the same situation?

I never played this game but it depresses me

Seriously, this game is horrible. When grinding, instead of getting better and better (like on every normal video game) it just becomes worst and worst with every piece of your stuff gradually degrading until the next time you sink money into the game. There is absolutely no skill expression, the graphics are terrible, the gameplay doesn't even look fun in the slightiest. I would feel guilty to even give money to the developers of such an atrocity and ethically questionable thing. Correct me if any of my statements are wrong but I just wasted 3 hours researching about it after seing a YouTube video about it and it just got worse and worse to a point where I could hardly believe it. What's keeping you guys to play it ? Only things I could see would either being gambling addiction or the social aspect of the game being good. Or maybe calculating the most optimized way to spend money into the game to literally play it for as much as possible without having to waste money again...

Is it really not possible to turn off ambient noises?

i don't see anywhere to control ambient sounds in the options. i would really like to disable them or turn them down a lot because the random screeching noises are very high pitched and honestly hurt my ears. is there really no way to do this? i don't want to have to turn down or disable the rest of the sound because i want to hear the game. is there a setting in a file somewhere where i can toggle a value or anything? it's really strange to me that there isn't just a slider for ambient noises. submitted by /u/goblin011 [link] [comments] from newest submissions : entropiauniverse https://ift.tt/36sZEvR via

Locked account after buying starter pack?

Anyone have any insight into locked accounts? I was playing earlier tonight and after about 3 days of playing decided I liked the game enough to buy the gold starter pack. The transaction looks like it went through on my card and account. However, I was logged into the game when I bought it and it immediately gave me a pop up about my log in status and logged me out. When I went to log back in, it said my account was locked.
