Entropia support not responding

I have had an in-game account since 2004. Over the past few years, I haven’t been playing much. At the end of April, I tried to log into the game, but I wasn’t able to. For security reasons, I had been using a Gold Card, but it turned out that it is no longer supported and I now have to use the mobile application instead. I contacted support, and they told me to send scans of my ID to resolve the issue. I did that, but since then (May 5th), I haven’t received any response. I have already sent them three follow-up messages and still got no answer. Is this normal for Entropia support these days? Is support usually this ambigious?

I just got back a response to what I and apparently the support team thought was a very thoughtful and concise question I asked hey does sub .1 HP regen from lifesteal actually apply or not. and they wrote like 2 paragraphs to say, well we dont tell you ingame whether it does so we cant tell either... is this normal? Dont fall into this trap

You'll start by thinking you can invest and get your money back in worst case, right? or hell even earn some money. Yes you can earn but the big trap is that, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK, when you want to get your money from the system. They ll let you wait for at least a month and after that time, they will find some excuses every time saying its on your side but when you ask for a proof, they will not provide a proof and cut a massive chunk from your balance because its somehow failed. Again, you ll ask for a proof which you ll never get. I dont care about the money which was taken from me by this company, it s negligible compared to what I'm earning. However, this happened multiple times to a few I know. So play it, spend if you dont care losing it and if you enjoy playing the game, thats what I did. Hi guys. I started with Entropia like 20 years ago, played a lot but havent really played it in like 5 years. I was there when the other planets opened, and that broke many clans because everybody was scattered all around, and that kind of killed my interest in it. Now thinking to come back. Payment options US

Been gone for a while (roughly a few weeks into space mining release) and am getting that itch again. At my time of leaving my debit card was no longer a viable payment option (I was told it was due to a security feature that US cards don't have) and was using credit cards to do my strongbox top ups. Customer Service is Worthless

Recently logged in after a 2 month absence and found that my entire account has been ransacked. Logged in to finding my character sitting in icarus, naked. All my items,ped....GONE. Thousands of ped worth of items. Even my storage facility that had about 10 years of accumulation....GONE. 0/500 Items. Even items that had zero worth but were just other planet currencies...Gone. I messaged Support if they can verify that my account was indeed hacked. And if they could see if my items were TT'd or traded off. If they were TT'd id pay for them back with the 1000 PED fee. All i got was this. "Hi Von,We are sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, computer intrusion is a matter for federal authority and we do not have the legal means to investigate and solve such crimes, our advice is that you turn to your local police authorities with such issues and ask them to contact us and refer to this Support Case. Mum with dementia locked out of her account

Ive tried to raise this with someone already but I’m struggling to get help for this. my mum has atypical alzheimers and has lost access to her entropia account. she was locked out due to inactivity, she was having some computer issues and couldn’t log in in time to prevent being locked out. she was completely heartbroken when she lost access to her account as she’s had it for 15-20 years.
