Has anyone else here had absolutely abysmal experiences with the Entropia support team? 4 years ago I made an account and attached an authenticator and your guess is as good as mine as to what I did with the backup code. I also didn't put my name on the account back then, and totally would have by now if ... their system on your account had an edit button?? Like, it doesn't, at all? haha Suffice to say, after asking me about my missing name on my account, and after scanning my whole license, and even making a 5 dollar purchase to prove I have access to the account, and it is me, the support team has been sleeping on my ticket for about 9 days now. Can't make a second account, can't transfer character and items to a new account, can't log in unless I turn on my old phone that has a bubbling battery about to meltdown, and even requesting help through chat does *nothing*.
