Payment options US

Been gone for a while (roughly a few weeks into space mining release) and am getting that itch again. At my time of leaving my debit card was no longer a viable payment option (I was told it was due to a security feature that US cards don't have) and was using credit cards to do my strongbox top ups. Need help with lootnanny

After downloading the lootnanny-0.0.11.exe i cant open it. Customer Service is Worthless

Recently logged in after a 2 month absence and found that my entire account has been ransacked. Logged in to finding my character sitting in icarus, naked. All my items,ped....GONE. Thousands of ped worth of items. Even my storage facility that had about 10 years of accumulation....GONE. 0/500 Items. Even items that had zero worth but were just other planet currencies...Gone. I messaged Support if they can verify that my account was indeed hacked. And if they could see if my items were TT'd or traded off. If they were TT'd id pay for them back with the 1000 PED fee. All i got was this. "Hi Von,We are sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, computer intrusion is a matter for federal authority and we do not have the legal means to investigate and solve such crimes, our advice is that you turn to your local police authorities with such issues and ask them to contact us and refer to this Support Case.
