It's funny how my EU Support case gets ignored for weeks, months or even years at a time, while I know for a fact other Support cases are getting worked and resolved in a day. So I pose the question: Is EU Support selectively ignoring cases, because it certainly seems that mine is being selectively ignored.
To test my theory I created a new account and sent in a delete request and that case was handled, account deleted in under a day. Yet it's been almost 3 days now since the last response on my real support case at this point, and it went untouched or responded to for several weeks before that response.
