Does Arkadia have a dedicated AUD NPC I can access from Calypso?

I use the regular Entropia Client and yesterday got a message of an error during download. I figured I'd try again today and the updating never ends. Found a lot of Entropia figurines

Not exactly sure where they come from. I have found almost 8 boxes of these. posting here to see if anyone has any info on these little guys. Are they worth anything? Entropia support not responding

I have had an in-game account since 2004. Over the past few years, I haven’t been playing much. At the end of April, I tried to log into the game, but I wasn’t able to. For security reasons, I had been using a Gold Card, but it turned out that it is no longer supported and I now have to use the mobile application instead. I contacted support, and they told me to send scans of my ID to resolve the issue. I did that, but since then (May 5th), I haven’t received any response. I have already sent them three follow-up messages and still got no answer. Is this normal for Entropia support these days? Entropia Museum

For those still in the dark and still do not know about my project Entropia Museum. The aim is to preserve entropia universe history for the next generations. Is support usually this ambigious?

I just got back a response to what I and apparently the support team thought was a very thoughtful and concise question I asked hey does sub .1 HP regen from lifesteal actually apply or not. and they wrote like 2 paragraphs to say, well we dont tell you ingame whether it does so we cant tell either... is this normal?
