I have had an in-game account since 2004. Over the past few years, I haven’t been playing much. At the end of April, I tried to log into the game, but I wasn’t able to.
For security reasons, I had been using a Gold Card, but it turned out that it is no longer supported and I now have to use the mobile application instead.
I contacted support, and they told me to send scans of my ID to resolve the issue. I did that, but since then (May 5th), I haven’t received any response. I have already sent them three follow-up messages and still got no answer.
Is this normal for Entropia support these days? Or are they just waiting to delete my account??!!
